Expected behavior When rating component has data-mdb-value set to any decimal value between x.5 and x.9, than the next non filled star gets partially filled.

Actual behavior Currently rating component only deals with whole numbers. So, if data-mdb-value gets set with, for instance, 3, 3.1, 3.5 or 3.9, than we'll have 3 filled stars and 2 empty stars rendered.
