Expected behavior

creating an input on the fly "notch" behave good on delete value of input, ie: when removing value (delete the charactes in input) the "label place holder" removes the "active" class and goes down to the input itself.

Actual behavior

when populating objects (input for example) on the fly (for example in modals) whith pre-populated value and then remove the value (delete the chracters in input) the labe pleace holder remains on top.
